This information is used solely to review and respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange a possible discussion and manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship. The processing is based on your request and the steps required before entering into a potential contract.

Recipients and services used

Your information is intended for Mirae Horizon and is not sold. The quote request form is hosted by Microsoft Forms. Microsoft may therefore process data as required to operate this service and in accordance with its own privacy policy.

How long is your data retained?

A prospective client’s data is kept for as long as necessary to process their request and for no longer than three years from the date it was collected or from their most recent contact. If a service agreement is entered into, some information may be retained for longer in order to comply with applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing, or exercise your right to object where applicable. To exercise your rights, write to contact@miraehorizon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
